I work in user experience, providing content strategy, writing interface microcopy, and collaborating with designers and product managers on content structure and information architecture.

My keenest interest lies in giving users the right information at the right moment to help them solve a problem, complete a task, or take action. 

UX Writing
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to create clear, engaging UX content, including instructional copy, microcopy, outbound communications, marketing materials, user guides, and more extensive content resources for a variety of digital products
• Create, maintain, and enforce copy guidelines and standards for products
• Coordinate copy and content for editors and translators
• QA copy and content

Content Strategy & Structure
• Design the structure and information architecture for more extensive user experience content
• Represent end user experience in strategy meetings with clients and product managers
• Research and implement behaviour change design as it relates to content
• Propose strategies for increasing product engagement and retention, based on analytics, research, and ongoing awareness of industry best practices
